Scorpio Milo, a faithful Saint of Athena's Sanctuary, followed the orders of the Pope, though there were instances where he refused certain missions out of pride—a trait that often guided his initial conversations. Milo shared a close friendship with Aquarius Camus, and after Camus's death, he focused on caring for his apprentice, Cygnus Hyoga.

Like the arachnid he represents, he inflicts a small, imperceptible superficial wound, akin to the sting of a deadly venom, causing internal pain beyond the imagination of any living creature. Self-assured and proud, valuing honor and dignity, he never shows doubt or hesitation in battle. Wearing one of the 13 Gold Cloths of Athena’s army, along with a grand white cape with a bluish lining, he prepares once again to deliver his deadly attack.
