Order Changes/Replacements:
Any changes in orders or replacing orders must be done within 24 hours of placing orders.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Fatcat Collectibles, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for every collector. As many of our products are sourced through special allocations, limited production runs, and international distribution channels, the following policy applies to all cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- In the event of an order cancellation, any applicable Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) paid toward the order will be forfeited.
- A cancellation processing fee of 10% plus applicable GST will be deducted from all approved cancellation requests.
- If an order has already been shipped or dispatched, the applicable shipping and handling charges will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- For orders placed using EMI or installment payment services, any applicable interest charges, gateway fees, or processing deductions imposed by the payment provider will be non-refundable and deducted accordingly.
Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) Brands
Due to strict allocation policies and limited production quantities, select premium collectible brands require an advance 30–35% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) at the time of order placement. Any Cancellation for below brands will be charged 30% Cancellation Fees.
These brands include, but are not limited to:
- Sideshow Collectibles
- Hot Toys
- Prime 1 Studio
- Threezero
- Mondo
- PureArts
- Weta Workshop
- Queen Studios
- Mafex
- Kaiyodo
- Inart
For cancellations involving the above brands, the NRD amount will be strictly non-refundable.
Exclusive Product Orders:
Full payments needed as exclusive products ordered instantly on same or following day.
Replacement:
- For any manufacturing defect we do offer replacement for products. Collectors need to ship product back for replacement in its original condition. Replacements would be shipped out only after the original order has been sent back to us and we have received it in its original packaging.
- If the box is tampered or product is damaged, orders will not be applicable for replacement or refund.
- Sale Items cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded.
- Video documentation while unboxing is compulsory for any kind of disputes.
- No contest if the box, tube, or package seal is opened. In this case, there is no return or refund.
Pre-Orders
What is a Pre-Order?A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before its official release. These are newly announced products that are not yet available in stock.
Pre-ordering is the best way to secure highly anticipated, limited edition, or high-demand collectibles before they sell out.
How do I know the expected arrival date?
The Estimated Stock Arrival (ETA) is mentioned in the product description of each pre-order item.
Please note that all ETAs are tentative and are based on the manufacturer's release schedule and international shipping timelines.
If the brand postpones the release or if shipping delays occur, the ETA will be updated on the product page, and we will keep customers informed.
Pre-Order Processing & Dispatch
- Every pre-order product includes an estimated release/arrival date in its product description.
- Once the product is released by the manufacturer and arrives at our warehouse, orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days.
- Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during periods of high-volume arrivals.
Important Pre-Order Terms
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Release dates are determined solely by the manufacturer and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability depends on the manufacturer's production schedule, supplier allocations, and the quantity allocated to Fatcat Collectibles.
- Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- If a release date or stock arrival is postponed, we will notify customers and update the estimated arrival timeline accordingly.
- By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait in the event of such delays.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All pre-orders are final.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, as inventory is reserved specifically for your order.
Please place your pre-order only if you are comfortable with the possibility of release date changes and delivery delays.
