Order Changes/Replacements:
Any changes in orders or replacing orders must be done within 24 hours of placing orders.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Fatcat Collectibles, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for every collector. As many of our products are sourced through special allocations, limited production runs, and international distribution channels, the following policy applies to all cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- In the event of an order cancellation, any applicable Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) paid toward the order will be forfeited.
- A cancellation processing fee of 10% plus applicable GST will be deducted from all approved cancellation requests.
- If an order has already been shipped or dispatched, the applicable shipping and handling charges will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- For orders placed using EMI or installment payment services, any applicable interest charges, gateway fees, or processing deductions imposed by the payment provider will be non-refundable and deducted accordingly.
Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) Brands
Due to strict allocation policies and limited production quantities, select premium collectible brands require an advance 30–35% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) at the time of order placement.
These brands include, but are not limited to:
- Sideshow Collectibles
- Hot Toys
- Prime 1 Studio
- Threezero
- Mondo
- PureArts
- Weta Workshop
- Queen Studios
For cancellations involving the above brands, the NRD amount will be strictly non-refundable.
Exclusive Product Orders:
Full payments needed as exclusive products ordered instantly on same or following day.
Replacement:
- For any manufacturing defect we do offer replacement for products. Collectors need to ship product back for replacement in its original condition. Replacements would be shipped out only after the original order has been sent back to us and we have received it in its original packaging.
- If the box is tampered or product is damaged, orders will not be applicable for replacement or refund.
- Sale Items cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded.
- Video documentation while unboxing is compulsory for any kind of disputes.
- No contest if the box, tube, or package seal is opened. In this case, there is no return or refund.
